A traditional house on a canal in Miami, Florida is built around a courtyard which serves a the main circulation spine. The rooms arranged around the courtyard have views of both the water way and dock to the west and a large formal garden to the south. Public rooms are on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. This project was a joint venture with arquitect Camilo Rosales.
